Shopping Cart & Checkout

After you click an 'add to basket' button, you can view your cart—and checkout—by clicking the "Shopping cart" link in the left-hand navigation column.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US! If you choose this option, your order will ship via USPS Media Mail, which takes 7 to 14 days. You can also choose US Postal Service priority shipping for a flat rate of $6 per order, or UPS Ground shipping for a flat rate of $8 per order.

If you live outside the US, please tell us the books you would like to order by contacting us here before you place an order. We will calculate your shipping costs and reply within 24 hours. You can estimate your shipping costs by consulting this chart.

Coupons

Once or twice a month, we send coupon codes to customers on our email list. Sign up here so you don't miss out. To redeem a coupon, enter the code in the box marked "Coupon Code," which you will see during the order process only after you submit your name and address. Coupons can also be redeemed on backlist sale items.

Pre-orders

Please note publication dates when ordering (for instance, Feeling Our Feelings will be published in September 2008). When you pre-order a book via our website, your credit card is charged at the time of the order. Any available titles in your order will ship immediately, and the pre-order will ship separately upon publication.
