“If you like Hank, you’ll like Wilder Good, too.”
—John R. Erickson, author of Hank the Cowdog

Meet twelve-year-old Wilder Good, who lives with his parents and little sister in a small town in southern Colorado. Wilder plays basketball, is active in his 4-H club, likes to read, and does all the things that seventh-graders do. But mostly he loves the outdoors, hunting in the Colorado Rockies with his dad or having adventures at his grandfather’s Texas ranch.

―Rocky Gibbons, Roundup Magazine

"Wilder loves the outdoors, and the author’s appreciation for nature rings true in his writing . . . The language was rich, and the imagery was vivid. I felt as if I was walking the ranch with Wilder, feeling his pain or his excitement."
